Your tools on the left. A team of agents on the right. One connection between them.

The problem

Agents are ready. Most businesses aren't wired for them.

  • Agents can't reach the business.

Good agents exist, but they can't safely use the tools, suppliers and records a real business runs on.

  • Setup is a project.

Making a business agent-ready means keys, integrations and glue. Most owners don't have a spare week for that.

  • Owners become the glue.

Copying between apps, chasing replies, checking twice. The work around the work eats the day.

  • Nobody can see what happened.

When something is done for you, you should see what, why, and what is still waiting for you.

How it works

Three steps, and you can see all of it.

  1. 1 Connect once.

Add the tools and services your business already uses. Keys stay on the server, encrypted, and are never shown again.

    What counts as a tool?

Anything your business runs on that has a way in: an ordinary API or webhook, a tool server that speaks MCP, a messaging app, documents, or another agent. Each connection is labelled simulated, added or verified live, so you always know which is which.

  2. 2 Decide what agents may do.

Pick a ready-made team, then set the limits: what they can spend without asking, and what always waits for you.

    Who enforces the limits?

Bind's own code checks every action against your limits, roles and approvals before anything happens. An agent cannot talk its way past them.

  3. 3 Get on with your work.

Agents act inside your limits. You see everything they did, and you only step in for the things that need you.

What does "needs you" look like?

A short list with the reason each item is waiting, what happens if you do nothing, and one clear action. Approving something that commits the business always asks you to confirm.

Who it is for

For businesses that run on people and tools.

If your day is suppliers, bookings, customers and paperwork, Bind gives that work to a team of agents and keeps you in charge of it.

Trust

You stay in charge.

You decide what agents may do.

Spending limits, approvals and roles are yours to set. Bind's code checks them before anything happens, so a model can't grant itself more.

Everything is recorded.

Who did what, when, and why, in a history you can read. A request is never shown as done until it is.

Secrets stay out of the model.

Keys you add are encrypted on the server and never returned. Agents and plugins never see them.

Connections

Connects to what you already use.

  • Ordinary APIs and webhooks

The services most businesses already run on.

  • MCP tool servers

Tools that speak the Model Context Protocol.

  • Messaging apps

Messages come in signed, and each person is tied to a role.

  • Documents and exports

Invoices become drafts you confirm. Records export when you need them.

  • Other agents

Independent agents, through adapters that are checked before use.

Every connection is labelled simulated, added or verified live. Bind never dresses up a simulation as the real thing.

For builders

One contract for your app, your code and your agents.

The same API sits behind the app, a typed SDK and an MCP server. Commands take an idempotency key, errors say whether to retry, and every answer says what happened in plain terms.

Ask for a reorder, safely retryable
const result = await bind.call("replenish", {
  params: { id: "ws-studio" },
  body: { sku: "PAPER-A4" },
  idempotencyKey: crypto.randomUUID(),
});

result._meta.status; // "held": an owner decides
result._meta.links; // where to follow it

Questions

Asked before you ask.

What is Bind, in plain words?

Bind connects your business's tools to a team of agents and lets you set what they are allowed to do. They handle the routine work; you step in when something needs you.

Can the agents spend my money?

Only inside the limits you set. Anything over your approval threshold waits for you, and a daily limit caps the total. The checks run in Bind's code, not in the agent.

Who sees my data and keys?

The people you invite, according to their role. Keys you add are encrypted on the server and never shown again, and agents and plugins never see them.

What can I connect?

Services with ordinary APIs and webhooks, MCP tool servers, messaging apps, documents and other agents, through adapters Bind checks. The list grows, and each connection is labelled simulated, added or verified live.

What if an agent gets it wrong?

Risky steps wait for you, everything is recorded, and one switch pauses every agent. Nothing is shown as done before it is.

Can I stop everything?

Yes. Pausing stops every agent in the workspace from ordering or committing anything new. You can still read everything and cancel work while paused.

Can my staff use it?

Yes. Invite them with a link. Staff follow along and handle day-to-day tasks; only owners approve spending and change limits.

Can I take my data with me?

Yes. Records export, starting with your ledger as a CSV file.

How do I know a connection is real?

Each one is labelled simulated, added but not verified, or verified live. "Verified live" appears only after a real check has passed.

Does it replace my software?

No. Bind connects to the software you already use and lets agents work inside it.

What happens when an agent needs me?

It waits in your list with the reason, what happens if you do nothing, and one clear action.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Connect your tools, choose your limits and read what happened. Builders can go further with the API, SDK and MCP server.

Which agents does it work with?

Bind gives you a ready team of role-based agents, and it is built to work with outside agents too, through adapters that are checked before use.

Is it really free?

Yes, while we build. We will tell you plainly before that changes.
